When you consider the cost of a college education being somewhat expensive you have to think about who’s going to pay the cost?  Along with the cost you have to think about GPA, and meeting all of the academic requirements. 

If you’re looking for money to pay for school one thing that you need to do is consider branding yourself.  Brand yourself in a unique way that makes you stand up out the institution, or the academic funder. 

By branding I’m referring to a system used by many fast food companies and many stores and organizations.  What exactly is a brand?  Well a brand of is a series of identifying characteristics that make you stand out.  As your driving down the street an you pass a fast food establishment and you see golden arches in front of the building, you know what you’re looking at.  You’re seeing a brand.  You’re looking at an identifying mark that lets you know exactly where you are and exactly what goes on at that establishment. 

So how to you brand yourself?  Someone who is branded is someone who is identifiable by unique qualities or characteristics. They know what makes them special and why the stand out.  A brand could be intellect, style, speech, geographic region of birth, or numerous other attributes that make you unique. But until you brand yourself, there is no way for a funder to identify you as special.

Brand yourself and let funding agencies know that you are special. Show the world who you are and what you can do and I guarantee the money will receive funding for your higher education.
